Our Team
The social media team creates content for various brands and businesses’ social media accounts. Our team works on creating content and graphics for different clients across different platforms to engage with customers and clients. We mainly work with University of Idaho College of Business and Economics and create content for their social media on Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat. This semester we are also working with Style Her Empowered which is a non-profit organization founded by alumni Payton McGriff to help young girls and women in Togo, Africa have access to education. We are working with them on their new “5000 Friends” campaign to implement a monthly donation model and also creating content for their social media.
How do you ensure that your team stays updated with the latest industry trends and best practices? We are all active on social media in our personal time and share ideas about different things that are trending currently and see how we can apply those to content for our clients.
Can you provide examples of successful projects or campaigns your team has executed in the past? For Networking Night and Career Fair, we created and posted several posts that all did very well. We had a reel that did really well and brought a lot of engagement to the CBE Instagram.
How have your services positively impacted your clients' businesses or projects? We have boosted engagement and following on the CBE’s Instagram in the past month by posting regularly and content geared towards their main audience which is students.
How do you ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project or service engagement? As a team, we have a group chat where I send out to dos and communicate important information with everyone. At the beginning of every class, I go through what we will be working on for the day and the week. I also ask for feedback at the beginning of class and on our team group chat.
How do clients benefit from choosing your team over other service providers? Clients benefit from choosing our team to do their social media over other service providers because we are wanting to learn and eager to learn about how to best use social media to advertise for companies. We are also all active on social media and aware of the trends that are happening on social media. For clients that are wanting to reach a younger demographic, we know exactly what people in that demographic are looking for.
