Each Sales associate receives hands-on training at the beginning of the semester that breaks down important skills such as: Cold calls, professional email, negotiation, and many more.

How do you ensure that your team stays updated with the latest industry trends and best practices?
Our team is full of active business and other university students that are actively learning business and marketing trends in their other classes, and then apply that information to the Sales team

Communication is a major component of the Vandal Solutions sales team. As sales men and women, we are the first line of communication with clients, and it is important that we communicate efficiently and effectively

Vandal Solutions Sales associates use multiple means of communication. Our associates have to be proficient communicators using: web messaging, SMS messaging, video conference calls, phone calls, and face to face conversations.
